Property Intake Associate

Thessaloniki
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

The Role

We’re looking for someone to join our Intake team in Thessaloniki. You’ll be the first point of contact for property owners who want to sell their home in Greece. Your job is to guide them through the entire process, from the first phone call to a successful handover of their property to our Sales team.

This is a people-first role. Sellers are often making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and they need someone they can trust. If you’re the kind of person who naturally puts people at ease, follows through on what you promise, and pays attention to the details that matter: you’ll do well here.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

  • Speaking with property owners, understanding why they’re selling, and setting honest expectations about timeline, pricing, and the market.

  • Visiting properties across Greece to assess them in person. Yes, this means regular travel, you should genuinely enjoy that.

  • Gathering all documentation, coordinating photography, and working with our legal team to make sure everything is airtight before a listing goes live.

  • Creating property presentations that appeal to our international buyer base, mostly from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the UK, and the US.

  • Handing listings over to our sales consultants with all the context they need to represent the property well.

  • Keeping sellers informed throughout the process.

Your profile

What We Need From You

  • Professional fluency in both Greek and English. This is non-negotiable, you’ll be communicating daily with sellers and our international team.

  • A few years of customer service experience. Real estate experience is a plus, but what we really care about is how you treat people.

  • Willingness to travel regularly around Greece. If the idea of visiting properties in Crete, the Peloponnese, or the islands feels like a chore rather than a perk, this isn’t the right fit.

  • Strong organizational skills. You’ll be managing multiple intakes at the same time, each with its own documents, timelines, and people involved.

  • A professional, presentable presence. You’re representing Elxis to property owners, and first impressions matter.

  • Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems. We use property management tools and CRMs daily.

A Note on Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for someone who’s a few years into their career and hungry to build something. You don’t need to have all the answers, you need the attitude to find them. We’re looking for someone humble enough to learn, sharp enough to grow fast, and professional enough to represent us from day one.

If you’re looking for a role where you can coast, this isn’t it. But if you want to do meaningful work, travel around Greece, and build a career in international real estate with a company that will invest in you - we’d like to hear from you.

Why us?

  • Full training in Greek real estate market dynamics, legal processes, and our intake systems. You don’t need to come in knowing everything.

  • Mentorship from experienced team members across legal, sales, and operations.

  • The chance to develop real expertise in international real estate, working with properties ranging from village houses to coastal villas.

  • A clear path to grow within the company. We’re expanding, and we promote from within.
