We're looking for a Community & Engagement Manager to be the daily voice of Elxis online. Building relationships with potential clients, managing our social media presence, and protecting our reputation across digital platforms. You'll be the bridge between our brand and an international audience dreaming of life in Greece.

We're looking for a Community & Engagement Manager to be the daily voice of Elxis online. Building relationships with potential clients, managing our social media presence, and protecting our reputation across digital platforms. You'll be the bridge between our brand and an international audience dreaming of life in Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
- Manage and respond to online reviews, primarily on Google Reviews
- Maintain our established brand voice in all community interactions
- Build relationships with potential clients through thoughtful, timely engagement
- Track community sentiment and flag recurring questions or concerns to the marketing team
- Identify trending topics and conversations relevant to Greek real estate and our target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing and video teams on engagement strategies and content timing
- Handle difficult conversations and reputation issues with diplomacy
- Participate in relevant online communities and forums when opportunities arise
- Stay informed about Greek real estate trends and lifestyle topics
