About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and support our growing team. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage all HR functions while partnering with our management team to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
People Management
- Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle from recruitment to development
- Manage performance review processes and employee development
- Proactively support employees in career growth and skill development
- Coach team members to reach their full potential and advance within the company
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Support managers with HR guidance and best practices
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with department heads on hiring needs and requirements
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process
- Develop talent pipeline for future business needs
HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with Greek employment law and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
Culture & Events
- Organize company events and team building activities
- Support workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement
- Coordinate office logistics and workplace improvements
- Facilitate internal communications and company announcements
