Your mission
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Thessaloniki as part of the Intake Department. In this role, you will guide property owners through their journey of listing and selling their properties in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for sellers, managing the entire intake process, from the initial inquiry and property preparation to coordinating negotiations with the Sales Department to achieve a successful sale.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Acquisition Consultant, you will work directly with property owners who wish to sell their homes, guiding them through our comprehensive intake process. You will conduct detailed property assessments, gather all necessary documentation, and ensure each listing meets our high standards before it reaches potential buyers. Your role involves building trust with sellers from the very first conversation, understanding their motivations for selling, and setting realistic expectations about the sales process, timeline, and market conditions.
You should also be prepared to travel to meet owners in person to evaluate properties and to identify new intake opportunities. You will coordinate property photography, handle documentation requirements, and work closely with our legal team to ensure that all paperwork is in order. In addition, you will create detailed property presentations and listings that highlight each home’s unique features while appealing to our international buyer base. This includes understanding what international buyers look for in Greek properties and positioning each listing accordingly.
Working closely with our sales consultants, you will ensure smooth handovers once properties are ready for marketing, providing them with all the information and context needed to effectively represent each property to potential buyers. You will also maintain regular communication with sellers throughout the sales process, keeping them informed of viewing activity and market feedback.
